Pioneer Puzzle #3



Pioneer Puzzle #3:

What's this?  Looks a little scary!

ANSWER TO PIONEER PUZZLE #2:

Fly Trap!
You put honey on the bottom of the cork and plug the top of the jar with the cork. 
The flies fly in the opening at the bottom of the jar and find the honey. 
They can't figure out how to fly back out, so they are trapped.

    Hey, thanks so much for your comments. It's fun to have somebody guessing! And your guesses are good. I bet it would work for ice or a garden - except they didn't have ice back then! Check on Pioneer Puzzle #4 for the answer.
